Mothers group and 4 month jabs
Mummy and me returned to mother's group yesterday and it was great seeing all the other mummies and babies. We are all growing up so fast. Some of the other babies are rolling over and some are holding their upper body up on their tummy. I am the biggest baby and I am sitting up really well, nearly on my own. I enjoyed chatting with the other babies.
Here's me and the other babies on the blanket where we sat in the park. The little girl to my right is named Chloe and she accidentally pulled and twisted my ear, which didn't bother me and amused my mummy and her mummy no end.
After mothers group yesterday we went to the doctor and I had my 4 month jabs. I really didn't like this and I cried a lot, but mummy cuddled me and I felt better. Later on I had a bit of a fever and mummy looked after me again. The doctor weighed me and I weigh 9kgs, which she said is normal. She measured my head and it is 48cm in circumference, which she said is "off the scales", so she is going to check it again next month. We suspect though that it is just hereditary as daddy has a big head too.
Here's me after I'd taken some children's paracetamol.
I was feeling a lot better so I got some work done! Then I went to bed early.
Daddy has been on night shift this week so he is very tired. But today he is off work because I have an appointment with my specialist about my thyroid and daddy has his citizenship ceremony after that. We'll post some pics of it soon!
